Brown-headed Nuthatch

Brown-headed nuthatches use their sharp, pointed bills to hunt for insects living in the bark of pine trees. They also will eat some seeds and nuts. Nuthatches have strong feet to help them climb up tree trunks, then turn around and move downward, headfirst!
